تطبيق «عَضَل» يديره فريق عَضَل. هذي الصفحة توضّح وش البيانات اللي نجمعها، وليش، ومع مين نشاركها، وكيف تتحكم فيها. للتواصل: support@adhal.app.

باختصار: ما نبيع بياناتك، وما نعرض إعلانات، وما نتتبّعك في تطبيقات أو مواقع ثانية. بيانات Apple Health ما تُستخدم للإعلانات أبداً. صور جسمك ما نخزّنها على خوادمنا. وتقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق بأي وقت.

1. البيانات اللي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب

الإيميل وكلمة المرور (كلمة المرور تُحفظ مشفّرة عند مزوّد الدخول ولا نشوفها). ولو دخلت بـ«المتابعة مع Apple»، نستلم من Apple إيميلك (أو إيميل مخفي من Apple لو اخترت إخفاءه)، واسمك الأول لو اخترت تشاركه. ولما تحذف حسابك، نلغي ربطه مع Apple.

بيانات ملفك

الاسم، والجنس، والعمر، والوزن، والطول، ومستواك في التمرين، وعدد أيام تمرينك، ومستوى نشاطك، وهدفك، ومكان تمرينك (نادي أو بيت)، والإصابات اللي تكتبها.

بيانات التمرين والأكل

جداولك، وتسجيلات تمارينك وأوزانك وسجل تطورك، وسجل الأكل والسعرات اللي تضيفه.

بيانات Apple Health (اختياري)

لو ربطت Apple Health، نقرأ خطواتك والسعرات المحروقة بس، عشان نحسب احتياجك اليومي بدقة. ما نكتب أي شي في Apple Health، وما نخزّن هذي البيانات على خوادمنا.

صور الوجبات والمنتجات

صور الوجبات أو ملصقات المنتجات اللي ترسلها لعَضَل تنرسل للتحليل بس. ما نخزّنها على خوادمنا. نسخة منها تبقى في جوالك لمدة 30 يوم عشان تشوفها في سجلك، ثم تنحذف.

صور الجسم (تقدير نسبة الدهون و«شوف شكلك بعد…»)

لما تصوّر جسمك عشان تقدّر نسبة دهونك، أو عشان تشوف شكلك المتوقع بعد 4 أو 8 أو 12 شهر، تنرسل الصورة للمعالجة بس، وما نخزّنها على خوادمنا. نتيجة «شوف شكلك» (صورتك والصورة المتوقعة والأرقام) تنحفظ في جوالك بس، آخر 3 نتائج، ونحن ما نشوفها. ولو حفظت الصورة في ألبوم صورك أو شاركتها، هذا يصير باختيارك ومن جوالك.

ميزة «شوف شكلك بعد…» لمن عمره 18 سنة وأكثر، والصورة المتوقعة تقديرية بالذكاء الاصطناعي، مو وعد بنتيجة.

المحادثة مع عَضَل

رسائلك وردود عَضَل تُحفظ في جوالك لمدة يوم من آخر رسالة، ثم تنمسح. الصور اللي أرسلتها في المحادثة ما تنحفظ معها. ولو انقطع الاتصال وقت الرد، نحفظ الرد مؤقتاً على الخادم عشان يوصلك لما ترجع. وتسجيل الخروج يمسح المحادثة من جوالك.

بيانات الاشتراك

لو اشتركت، نحفظ رقم عملية آبل ونوع الباقة وتاريخ انتهائها عشان نتأكد من اشتراكك. الدفع كله يتم عن طريق آبل، وما يوصلنا أي رقم بطاقة أو بيانات دفع.

بيانات الاستخدام

نحسب تكلفة استخدامك لعَضَل (عدد الطلبات والصور) عشان نطبّق حدود الاستخدام العادل. ونحفظ في حسابك إذا استخدمت التجربة المجانية، وعدد التمارين والفيديوهات المجانية اللي فتحتها، وعدد مرات استخدامك لـ«شوف شكلك» ومدتها (بدون أي صورة)، عشان تبقى محسوبة حتى لو حذفت التطبيق ونزّلته من جديد.

تقارير الأعطال

لو صار عطل في التطبيق، ينرسل تقرير تقني عشان نصلّحه: نوع العطل ومكانه في الكود، ونوع الجهاز ونسخة النظام والتطبيق. التقرير ما فيه إيميلك ولا اسمك ولا صورك ولا كلامك مع عَضَل.

2. مشاركة البيانات مع OpenAI

عَضَل يستخدم خدمة OpenAI عشان يفهم رسائلك وصورك ويرد عليك. ما ينرسل شي إلا بعد ما توافق داخل التطبيق.

لما تكلّم عَضَل أو تصوّر وجبة أو منتج أو جسمك لتقدير الدهون، ينرسل لـ OpenAI للمعالجة:

ولما تستخدم «شوف شكلك بعد…»، ينرسل لـ OpenAI: صورة جسمك، والمدة اللي اخترتها، ومستواك في التمرين، وجنسك وعمرك ووزنك وطولك، وأرقام تقديرية نحسبها من متوسط سعراتك وهدفك. اسمك وإيميلك ما ينرسلون.

تُستخدم هذي البيانات بس عشان يرد عليك عَضَل أو يجهّز صورتك. OpenAI ما تستخدم بيانات الخدمة هذي لتدريب نماذجها، وقد تحتفظ فيها لفترة محدودة (حتى 30 يوم) لمراقبة إساءة الاستخدام ثم تحذفها، حسب سياستها.

ولو مسحت باركود منتج، نبحث عنه في قاعدة Open Food Facts برقم الباركود، وقد نرسل اسم المنتج لـ OpenAI عشان نترجمه للعربي. هذا ما يتضمن أي بيانات عنك.

3. الجهات اللي تعالج بياناتك

يعني بياناتك تنعالج خارج المملكة، ونعتمد على هذي الجهات لأنها تطبّق معايير حماية وتشفير عالية. وما نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة ثانية، إلا لو طلبها القانون.

4. ليش نستخدم بياناتك

ما نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات أو التسويق، وما نبيعها.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك موجود. تقدر تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: معلوماتي ← حذف الحساب، وينحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من خوادمنا نهائياً. تسجيل الخروج يمسح البيانات من جوالك. وتقدر تفصل Apple Health بأي وقت من إعدادات الآيفون: الصحة ← البيانات والأجهزة.

6. حقوقك

لك حق تطّلع على بياناتك، وتصحّحها، وتحذفها، وتسحب موافقتك، حسب الأنظمة المعمول فيها ومنها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة. تقدر تعدّل أغلب بياناتك من داخل التطبيق، ولأي طلب ثاني راسلنا على support@adhal.app.

7. الأمان

كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة (HTTPS)، والوصول لقاعدة البيانات محمي بصلاحيات، وكل مستخدم يوصل لبياناته هو بس.

8. الأطفال

عَضَل مخصص لمن عمره 16 سنة وأكثر، ومو مخصص لمن هو أصغر من كذا. وميزة «شوف شكلك بعد…» لمن عمره 18 سنة وأكثر.

9. تنبيه صحي

عَضَل يعطيك إرشادات عامة في التمرين والتغذية، ومو بديل عن الطبيب أو أخصائي التغذية. والصور والأرقام المتوقعة تقديرية، والنتيجة الفعلية تختلف من شخص لشخص. لو عندك حالة صحية أو إصابة، استشر مختص قبل ما تبدأ.

10. التعديلات

لو غيّرنا هذي السياسة بشكل مهم، نبلّغك داخل التطبيق، ونحدّث التاريخ فوق.

“Adhal” (عَضَل) is operated by the Adhal team. Contact: support@adhal.app.

In short: we don’t sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites. Apple Health data is never used for advertising. We don’t store your body photos on our servers. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: email and password (stored hashed by our sign-in provider). If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive your email (or an Apple private relay email if you choose to hide it) and your first name if you choose to share it. When you delete your account, we revoke the link with Apple.
  • Profile: name, gender, age, weight, height, training level, training days, activity level, goal, training place, and any injuries you enter.
  • Training and food: your routines, workout logs, lifted weights and progress, and the food and calorie log you add.
  • Apple Health (optional): if connected, we read steps and active energy only, to estimate your daily needs. We never write to Apple Health and don’t store this data on our servers.
  • Meal and product photos: sent for analysis only and not stored on our servers. A copy stays on your device for 30 days.
  • Body photos (body-fat estimate and “See yourself after…”): sent for processing only and not stored on our servers. The “See yourself after…” result (your photo, the projected image and the numbers) is saved on your device only, last 3 results, and we can’t see it. Saving it to your photo library or sharing it is your choice, from your device. This feature is for users aged 18 and over, and the projected image is an AI estimate, not a promise of results.
  • Chat: messages are stored on your device for one day after the last message, then cleared. Photos sent in the chat are not kept with it. If a reply is interrupted, it is kept temporarily on our server so it can reach you. Signing out clears the chat from your device.
  • Subscription: Apple transaction ID, plan and expiry date. Payments are handled entirely by Apple.
  • Usage: request and image counts, to apply fair-use limits; and, in your account, whether you used the free trial, how many free workouts and videos you opened, and how many times you used “See yourself after…” and for which period (no photo), so they stay counted if you reinstall the app.
  • Crash reports: if the app crashes, a technical report is sent so we can fix it: the error type and where it happened in the code, device model, and OS and app version. It contains no email, name, photos or chat content.

2. Sharing with OpenAI

Adhal uses OpenAI to understand and reply to you. Nothing is sent until you agree in the app. When you message the coach or send a meal, product or body-fat photo, the following is sent to OpenAI for processing: your message or photo and recent chat messages; profile details (first name only, age, gender, weight, height, goal, injuries and other profile fields); your training and food logs and current routine; and your steps and active energy from Apple Health (if connected).

When you use “See yourself after…”, we send OpenAI your body photo, the period you chose, your training level, your gender, age, weight and height, and estimated figures we calculate from your average calories and goal. Your name and email are not sent.

This data is used only to generate the reply or your image. OpenAI does not use this API data to train its models and may retain it for a limited period (up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring, per its policy. Barcode scans are looked up in Open Food Facts, and the product name may be sent to OpenAI for translation; this contains no personal data.

3. Processors

Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in India), Render (our server), OpenAI (AI processing, servers in the United States), Sentry (technical crash reports, servers in Germany), and Apple (payments and Sign in with Apple). Your data is therefore processed outside Saudi Arabia. We don’t share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete it in the app under Profile → Delete account; your account and all its data are permanently removed from our servers. Signing out clears data from your device. You can disconnect Apple Health anytime in iPhone Settings.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent, under applicable law including Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. Contact support@adhal.app.

6. Security, children and health

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and each user can access only their own data. Adhal is intended for users aged 16 and over, and is not intended for anyone younger; “See yourself after…” is for users aged 18 and over. Adhal provides general fitness and nutrition guidance and is not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. Projected images and figures are estimates, and real results vary from person to person.
